This is the house we are going to try and get. It is in Plain City. It was built in 1908 I think . Super old. But it is all new inside. ALMOST. It is reall cool. Lots of old character. The pictures don't do it justice. The ceilings are very tall with exposed wood beams that run across the family room. It has a New Kitchen that is actually kind of cute. The original wood banisters, doors floors are throughout and stained dark. The original door knobs are cool (hopefully I can touch them after time)jk kind of. It sits on 1/2 acre with really old huge trees and a cute front porch. The yard does need work but the house is good now. So hopefully they accept our offer other wise we will be homeless in 3 weeks. Ya.

What happened with Andrea's? This looks so cute, I think you would love it. It would give you a little taste of your dream. Just think of what you could do with the yard someday, and the fact their are kids near by. Good Luck!

It is so cute!!!! I was expecting it to need a lot more work but it looks so good I love it. I can hardly move from the workout I did from the Making the Cut book....it gets progressively harder so just you wait! I am on day 26 and I can't believe the results I have gotten I totally have a defined stomache without even flexing, and I am currently finishing off a pint of ice cream so not too bad I'll say.
So cute! I love it. You said it was new inside but it was built a long years. I was dreaming for a house like this. Some kind of a vintage look.
